Arhui Posted March 17, 2020 Posted March 17, 2020 HELLO, My name's Bengawan from Indonesia, i would like to ask about why everytime i download any product from the store via my account always turn to blank file? first i download from edge win10, then with chrome, later i uninstalled winrar dan change to winzip, result also same. i also try to download with ie11 from win7 of others pc, result same. blank file. However I have just checked with the developers and this is something that we would like to improve in the future.
