Adobe illustrator supports like hundredth or even thousandths, like 33,341). I think it may be worth adding, is it hard to develop for you? Here you can set how many decimal places show in your application! Please note these are purely for display only, if you have this set to 1 decimal place and draw a square measuring 10.7635245 mm wide, the size reported will be 10.8mm, but Affinity will still be using the actual size of the object in the background and will export to the exact size.
