Hi @iMac1943,

Draw your circle and position it, drag your image over and to the right of the circle layer's thumbnail, if you pause before letting go of the image layer you will see the image appear in the circle. It works the same way in Designer & Photo so use whichever app you prefer.

If you now highlight the Screenshot (image)  layer you can move the image within the circle, so you will get the top of the gentleman’s head too.
