big smile Posted March 3, 2020 Posted March 3, 2020 When using Find and Replace in Publisher, a list of Found items is shown in the Find and Replace panel. Is there anyway to export this list? I am guessing the answer is no, as Find and Replace isn't supposed to work like this. But I was hoping maybe that someone might have a clever work around.
Staff Callum Posted March 3, 2020 Staff Posted March 3, 2020 Hi BigSmile, As far as I'm aware there is no way to export this list. Thanks C big smile and Joachim_L 1 1 Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.

Sorry, I could not resist this time Cautious Callum. Do Find and Replace 2. Use the formatting options in replace to add a paragraph style to the found text (e.g. call the paragraph style "found-text") 3. Create a table of contents that only uses the "found-text" paragraph style 4. You can now copy and paste the list! Old Bruce 1
