version 1.8 - New Dialogue bug/notes

Nice! A few notes on the New dialogue.

• Go to Templates. Cancel out. File/New again. Starts in Templates. Click on Presets. No top menu visible ('My presets' etc). Have to cancel out from within Presets and restart New dialogue.
• Templates, folder that has a decimal point in it, nothing is shown from the decimal point onwards (I had a folder called 'Affinity Photo 1.8' and it just showed 'Affinity Photo 1'
• Doesn't seem to be a way to remove template other than in Windows (good that you give option to use Explorer -- this a fix for Windows issue?)
• Devices are pretty heavily Apple oriented. Surface Pro 2? I've got a Surface Pro 4 and that's old! Could do common display monitor sizes here, eg. 1920x1080, 4K, ...
• Would be good to be able to edit default setup eg. to kick out things never used or just reorder so my common ones are at the top. Still, My Presets is splendid inclusion!

We have made fixes/improvements to these areas...

• New Document dialog: Templates folder with a ' .' [period] cuts of following characters)
• New document menu > Type submenu missing after closing it on "Template"

 ...in the program in the latest customer beta. If you would like to try these changes the beta software is available in the forum posts listed below. 

The latest beta builds are downloadable from links at the top of each of these beta forum posts.

• Affinity Photo 1.8.1.611 for Windows
• Affinity Designer 1.8.1.611 for Windows
• Affinity Publisher 1.8.2.619 for Windows

These betas install parallel, next to the release version (they do not overwrite your release) and so the fixes can be tried in the beta without affecting your normal workflow in the release version.

Once these programs have been through a full beta process the change will be released in a future free 1.8.1/1.8.2 update/patch to all customers.
