Seahog Posted February 26, 2020 Posted February 26, 2020 I am running Mac OS10.14.6 (Mojave) on a well spec'd iMac and I have the Mac App Store version of Affinity Photo 1.8 and I have gone through all the appropriate steps to enable Photoshop Plugins. The plugins appear in the "Filter" list and none of them are "greyed out" however trying to use any of the plug ins fails as the plug ins do not open although the step does appear in the history panel. Why is this happening and what can I do about it? Quote
Staff Chris B Posted February 26, 2020 Staff Posted February 26, 2020 Hey Seahog, A fix for this should be available later tonight/tomorrow. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Murfee 1 Quote How to format a bug report | Learning Resources | List of V2 FAQs | YouTube Tutorials
Seahog Posted February 26, 2020 Author Posted February 26, 2020 Thank you Chris B. Will this be issued as an update to the Mac App Store Version and reported there as available? Quote
Staff MEB Posted February 26, 2020 Staff Posted February 26, 2020 Hi Seahog, Yes, the fix/update was submitted to the Mac App Store and should be available shortly. Murfee 1 Quote A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
Blowbreath Posted February 29, 2020 Posted February 29, 2020 Recently updated NIK to 2.5 Yes the bug was fixed but I had/have problems with UserPresets in SilverFX that I resolved by re-importing while in the Photos app. (PS 2020 had no issues) I also have an issue where the OutPut Sharpener plugin presets do not appear when I launch the the plugin via Photos. (again PS 2020 has no issues with this) Since Photoshop has no issue with any of my UserPresets I can only speculate that something is amiss with your software. Thanks for listening Lynn Quote
