Artifacts when importing PDF

Hello,

 

When I import this PDF (generated with InDesign), the embedded images get a square border around them. This happens also on macOS.

I was hoping for an easier solution. Else you can select the mask and move it top +1px and left +1px if you want to keep the shadow.

I thought just in case one could not mimick the shadow 100%. But leaving these artifacts seems to be a calculating error on import. Interesting is the fact, that you see only the left and top lines although mask and rectangle are sitting on exactly the same x-/y-coordinates.
