SAUCEtinGarrett Posted December 18, 2019 Posted December 18, 2019 I was working on Affinity Designer and must have gotten a little carried away when I dragged an image file into the program. Before doing this, the border/bounds of my image were transparent. Now, any image I create is surrounded by an immovable white border and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. Please help! Quote
Staff Callum Posted December 19, 2019 Staff Posted December 19, 2019 Hi Saucetingarrett, Welcome to the forums Please could you go to File > Document Setup > Bleed and try removing any bleed you have set there? Thanks C Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP.
SAUCEtinGarrett Posted December 19, 2019 Author Posted December 19, 2019 I just tried it and it did not work. Quote
Staff Callum Posted December 20, 2019 Staff Posted December 20, 2019 Please could you try opening the app with the CTRL key held down and when the reset menu appears click Select All then Clear to see if this solves your issue? SAUCEtinGarrett Posted December 27, 2019 Author Posted December 27, 2019 This did not help either. The margin lines appear as blue. The lines that appear on my screen are white. Quote
GarryP Posted December 28, 2019 Posted December 28, 2019 I’ve been unable to replicate the problem. Would it be possible for you to give the exact workflow you used to create the document we see in your original image? It’s all important but, specifically, how you made the Pixel layer black. Quote
firstdefence Posted December 28, 2019 Posted December 28, 2019 Create a document like the one in the screenshot and upload the afdesign file.
