Starchy97
I recently bought Photo and Designer and downloaded them for both my iMac and laptop. I'm replacing my iMac soon (with another iMac). Will I be able to download the programs again to install on the new Mac?
Old Bruce
Yes. Quote Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.5.5 | Affinity Photo 2.5.5 | Affinity Publisher 2.5.5 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.
Dan C
Hi Starchy97 I can see you've purchased Affinity Photo and Designer from the Affinity store - this means you have a license for both apps which can be installed on as many PCs that you own or personally control. Once you've got your new Mac, go to https://affinity.serif.com/store/ and sign into your account by selecting the 'User' icon in the top right corner. Once signed in, select this icon again and choose Downloads and Product Keys from the list - here you'll find the .dmg downloads for your Mac, alongside your product keys to validate the new installation. I hope this helps!
Tami
I purchased Affinity Publisher, Design and Photo in March 2021. I use it on my Mac27, I want to put it on my laptop, but can’t find the apps & keys in my account Downloads and Product Keys folder. There is only the extra stuff I downloaded, like brushes, textures, etc. where can I find my apps & product keys again. I can’t find the original email. emmrecs01
@Tami Welcome to the Affinity forums. If the apps are not listed in your Serif account it is almost certain you originally bought the apps via the Mac App Store, I think. Simply log into your MAS account, using the same credentials as you used on on your Mac27 and you should be able to download them all to your new laptop. Delighted to be using Affinity Designer, Photo, and now Publisher, version 1 and now version 2. iPad Pro (12.9") (iOS 18.1.1) running Affinity Photo and Designer version 1 and all three version 2 apps.
