I think that it's very unlikely that anyone can help you until you've provided more information.

Which Affinity product are you talking about and what are you trying to do (if updating then which versions are you trying to go from and to)?  Exactly what is  the error message that you are seeing?  Where does 64 bit come in?

Newer versions of Affinity products won't work with older releases of Win 10 - have you checked that your system meets all the pre-requisites for the version of the product you're trying to install?

The new update shows an incompatability

If this incompatibility problem is to be caused by a 64-bit OS requirement, then this will definitely not be a "new update" issue, since Affinity always required 64 bits.

Which application, Lisa, and purchased from where? How are you seeing the incompatibility issue?

Can you give us more information on your Windows 10 version? Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and R. Type "winver" into the Run box (without the quotes) and press OK. Then make a screenshot of the dialog box that comes up, and paste it into a post here.

Hi @lisa_lisa1968@ and Welcome to the Forums,

Do you get this error when trying to install the update?  If you do then it will likely be a corrupt download and simply re-downloading the setup file will resolve this.  If you delete the current download from your Downloads folder and then use this link to re-download the setup file, all should be well :)
