When accessing the original sets of video tutorials it was possible to download and save them to a hard drive for, in my instance, viewing when internet access is slow, difficult or not possible. For the new, updated tutorial sets the download option does not seem to be available.. at least I cannot see it. Is the option to download now ceased or will it return ? -
Due to financial difficulties I do not have internet access on my home desktop computer for the time being . . . I use free city wireless in my laptop . . . 1. Is there any way to transfer my software license from the Apple App Store to Serif for downloading? 2. Can I drag the updated apps from my laptop to my desktop computer and will they work? -

I’m running Affinity Photo version 1.9.1 on iPad gen 6 with iPad OS 14.4.1 I’ve successfully downoaded the Sunlight Effects Overlays and all of the Dust Brushes and Overlays, with one exception. The Dust overlays (afassets) file repeatedly fails. There is sufficient space on the iPad to accommodate the 1.66MB file. A message Pack Download Failed and ‘bad checksum’ is displayed each time upon completion. Can anyone help with a solution please? Thanks. -
The 1.9 upgrades look fantastic. Question. After registration you can download some of the free packs, like the snow in PHOTO. Where are they downloaded to? no path showing. Can you change the path? I don't have my affinity software on my C drive. Just the OS, so I would like to choose where they go and know where they are. Right now i can't even find them. Gary -
Anyone else having issues downloading latest version upgrades? We're using Malwarebytes, and it is continuously blocking download attempts, labelling the site as potentially dangerous. Even if we check to let the objection pass or go into the app to allow the serif.com site, it still stops the download. Maybe Serif could look into this or contact the vendor. -
I've noticed that affinity photo is slowing down a lot, and I've downloaded lots of fonts from google and I want to remove the ones I no longer use, but I can't. I can't find any information on this at all and simply deleting the file doesn't do anything. Can anyone help me please?- 5 replies

Having trouble getting an update for my Designer program. It starts and then gives and error message. I have an 2013 iMac with 2.7 GHz with 8 GB desktop running OS Mojave. What could be the trouble? Is there another way to get the update; I am clicking on the link in the program when it starts up.

I have purchased both Affinity Photo and Designer for use on my iMac and PowerBook computers. Unfortunately my PowerBook has ceased to work ( after 10 years) and I have now got a new laptop but it runs Windows 10. I have been to my Downloads and Keys page but I can’t find either of the he applications there, only the free extra items which were on offer at time of purchase. I would obviously like to continue running Photo and Designer on my new computer but as I have just bought a new computer I do not have funds to buy the software again just to use on Windows. Please advise. -
Last night and this morning I've been unsuccessful downloading my 10-day trial copy of Affinity Photo. I used the trial link provided in my email. I first used my Safari browser and then tried Firefox - the downloading happens so slowly that it times out. Not sophisticated enough to identify the problem and wondering if it is my internet provider or something else? How might I figure it out? I've had Affinity Designer for several years and wanted to try your photo program. -

Affinity Photo Macro Pack Grade UI KIT Keyboard Shortcut PDFs for Designer and Photo I recently had my computer and backup drive stolen from my home and no longer have these items.
