I took the photograph on ther eay home from a nightshift. The building towads the centre left used to be a pub called The Shrewsbury but now it's an Islamic school. -
They say art is under indiidual interpretaion and based on the current situation created by Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping and Joe Biden (they're equally to blame) would \ny of you say that this is a good or bad omen? The return of Sinclair Research
1664 kronenbourg replied to 1664 kronenbourg's topic in Share your work
It was the QL and the C5 that destroyed Sinclair as a company and if Sir Clive Sinclair hadn't fallen out with Chris Curry, they could have been bigger/ All I did was remove the DELL logo -

affinity designer What ami I smoking
1664 kronenbourg replied to 1664 kronenbourg's topic in Share your work
The original version was better animated, Yellow Submarine style -
I used:- Xara photo and graphic designer for the bird and background A paintshop pro 2019 plug in called Particle Shop for the smoke effect (you SHOULD see what you can do with the other brushes it offers) and Affinity Designer for the rest

I thought that as the photo had been taken on a hot day, why not add a 'hallucination'? The bird was clip art from Xara and Photo graphic designer, the flame trail was done in the Particle Shop plug in for PSP and the adjustment to the photo colour was done in Affinity Photo The flight of the phoenix.afphoto

I've used this in some fiction I've written. The bird's supposed to be a phoenix and Barley's a part of Manchester and is a mascot for a bar called The Birley Phoenix . What I did was import the clipart from Xara Photo And Graphic Designer and change the colour. FICTIONAL BAR MASCOT.afdesign

You tried these:- WWW.Urbanfonts.com WWW.DAFONT.Com WWW.1001Fonts.com Good if you want to add Egyptian hieroglyphs (Nakht and Greywolf Gylphs're good), Aztec glyphs, runes or Lovecraftian text to your art work.

That's what else I use. Serif're a British company and Xara're also British but now owned by a German company called MAGIX but they still do good music creation software.

It's best left alone.

It's my first choice of lager. But sometimes don't you wish you could remove somebody's mouth to shut them up?

affinity photo I'm not a professional, but I enjoy Affinity
1664 kronenbourg replied to Moisés's topic in Share your work
That's my thinking about 'professional' graphic design and photo editing software exactly. The blurbs say professional but they don't say anything about it being for professional use or professionals only. -
It's the way Adobe go about things that put me off Photoshop Elements. I paid for the licence but on the start up screen I was asked to download the free 30 day trial.

in what the dragon's thinking. That's what I like about grpapic design and phot editing software. I can do art with it and the oly limits are the imagination and what the softare can do... Hey, did you see the film version of the Twilight zone and the bit where that girl's in that big house staring at the screen but has no mouth...

The said peacock'd ook better animated, Yellow Submaerine style with tail thers constantly changing colours. I'm not a design pro or professional illustrator or didgital media professional either. I might use it in future art photogahpy
