  1. Is there a tutorial on this subject? I am really struggling to get proper colors in Affinity Photo even after mastering it in PS.
  2. I use the Neat Image Noise Reduction 8.6.0 plugin for noise reduction. I rejoiced when the beta enabled GPU acceleration within this application. Curiously however, in the 1.9.0 release, this does not work. My Nvidia GPU is not recognized. Admittedly, this is a Hackintosh, and I realize I can not expect support. I wonder though at the difference between the beta and the the release versions.
  3. GPU acceleration now works in Neat Image Noise Reduction plugin with my Nvidia GTX 950 graphics card. Bravo!
  4. This is a macro I created to apply sharpening targeted to edges and using blend modes to limit its effect to middle range tones. Sharpening 2.afmacros
  5. Neat Image has released an update to their plugin, version 8.3.3 dated December 27, 2017. It now works with Affinity Photo without crashing!
  6. Neat Image has released an update to their plugin, version 8.3.3 dated December 27, 2017. It no longer crashes Affinity Photo!
  7. You can accomplish all this by using an unsharp mask live adjustment layer, adjusting the blending options on that layer, and using an edge mask to confine the sharpening to the edges.
  8. Yes, this has been reported by others. It happens with Windows 10 also. I hope they fix it in the next release. I rely on Neat Image.
