Why didn't you export the file to a pixel format? Not every user here has version 2.x to look at it! To me it looks a bit like a book cover for a 1980's textbook for designers, which is not a bad thing, simple is often more.

There are no stupid questions! Version 1 and version 2 are installed in separate program directories and can therefore be used side by side. The biggest disadvantage here is that you have to install assets and brushes twice, as both versions access different base directories.

Get the DisplayDriverUninstaller and uninstall both the AMD and INTEL drivers. Then get the latest driver for the Arc GPU from Intel. After reinstalling the Intel drivers, start Affinity Photo by holding down the CTRL key. The menu with reset options appears. Leave all selected menu items as they are and click on Clear. Hello @TBL and welcome to the forums. I don't think it's an error. How should the program know that you have slipped and not canceled the brush selection? In both cases, the program switches to the last brush used.

The UI has changed, yes, but not so drastically that you have to get used to it. And if you didn't have V1 before, there's no need to ask which version you should use, as you can no longer buy V1.
