  1. Hi @Rotes, Welcome to Affinity Forums I confirm the gridlines (grid & pixel grid) are indeed thicker on the latest version. I'm logging the issue to be looked at. Thanks for reporting this.
  2. Hi @awakenedbyowls, You're probably doing it without moving the mouse. I've noticed it does fail to switch if there's no mouse movement. If you move the cursor a bit before switching does it work for you?
  3. Hi @Jim Vormelker, The PSD is probably being imported without editable smart objects (they are rasterised on import). Unfortunately Publisher doesn't have the option to import PSD with editable smart objects in the General/Other section in the Settings. If you open the file in Designer enabling "Import PSD smart objects where possible" (Settings, General section under Other) then it should load the file correctly. Save it as an .afdesign file and open it in Publisher. This is logged with the dev team. Publisher should have this as an option as the other two apps. Sorry for the trouble.
  4. Hi @BoBsl, Welcome to Affinity Forums In the Export dialog set the Area dropdown to All pages (instead of All Spreads).
  5. Hi @TeresaPelka, Welcome to Affinity Forums In Designer you also have access to the Warp function by clicking on the respective icon on the bottom of the Layers panel (fourth icon in the center group) near the other live adjustments and FX. In Photo you will find Live Filters there instead as they are more common in raster editing apps/workflows.
  6. @Lubreoch, What's your computer specs/graphic cards please? Would like to check against other systems from users who are experiencing the same issues as you. Thanks for your support.
  7. I was referring to the two options mentioned by loukash (snap to grids in general), not Force Pixel Alignment (which wasn't enabled initially as you can see in the video). You have taken that little bit out of the context of the reply/thread. If you force pixel alignment then yes it will affect the snapping to the pixel no matter if/and besides there's a grid defined or not. I should have been more clear nonetheless. It could have caused the OP's problem if it were initially enabled but that wasn't the case. Thanks for raising the issue.
  8. @Hotdog, What's your computer specs please (including graphic cards)? We are getting a few reports of issues similar to yours but apparently they are not reproducible in all systems...
  9. Hi @Lubreoch, This one is also loading fine for me on my system. What's your computer specs/graphic cards? If you disable hardware acceleration in Affinity settings, Performance section, I guess it loads correctly for you?
  10. Hi @Lubreoch, Welcome to Affinity Forums Are you using the same camera as Ken365 (Canon EOS R7)? If not, do you mind sharing the problematic RAW file? Thanks.
  11. Hi @Scott St. John, Welcome to Affinity Forums We do not support the high efficiency lossless compression setting, sorry, only standard compression formats.
  12. Hi @Hotdog, Welcome to Affinity Forums Do you mind attaching that RAW file to your reply for us to inspect please? Thank you.
  13. Those snapping options do not interfere with snapping to the guides unless there's a grid set and visible which weren't the case in your video (pixel grid is always ignored by snapping). I believe you experienced a glitch. That's why I was asking if you were experiencing the issue consistently. If you enable these two snapping options again, it should continue working fine.
  14. Hi Ken365, It still should work correctly with the output set to RGB (16 bit). Something is not right. I will check with the QA team to see if anyone can reproduce it.
  15. Hi @deepblue, What's the size of the document you are working with? Please go to the Snapping Options and check the Screen Tolerance value - by default it should be 8 but you can increase it. I can see you have Snap to Guides enabled. Is this happening consistently for you or was just a single occasion?
  16. Hi Oatmeal, No, currently you can't customise the tabs/sections that appear there, sorry.
  17. I've checked with a GeForce GTX 965M but still no luck reproducing the issue. Do you mind attaching a screenshot of the Develop Assistant and in the Settings - the Performance section please? Thank you for your support.
  18. Hi @Ken365, What dedicated graphic card do you have on your system?
  19. Hi @Ken365, Welcome to Affinity Forums Do you mind attaching the RAW file shown in your post above please? If you disable hardware acceleration in Affinity settings it should display the image correctly without the artefacts until we fix the issue.
  20. Hi @RobPS85, Welcome to Affinity Forums The Fuji X-T20 is already supported. Here's the list of supported cameras. Are you having issues opening its RAW files?
  21. Hi @loukash, Thanks for your report. It's also affects the previous 3.2 version. I'm logging the issue to be looked at.
  22. Hi @ZVfoto, Welcome to Affinity Forums The most up to date list of supported lenses is here. Do you mind providing a sample RAW file for us to inspect and log the issue please? I can provide an upload link if you wish to keep the file private - just let me know. Thanks for your feedback.
  23. Hi @Huby, Welcome to Affinity Forums Thanks for your feedback. I've reproduced the crash here and I'm logging the issue.
  24. Hi @Vitas Welcome to Affinity Forums Did you restart the app after it happened at least once? Does it still happen if you restart the app?
