  2. You have me questioning myself now... My response is what we all believe to be the case here in Customer Service based on the number of emails that we receive along the lines of "Can you extend my trial? I never even used the app, I just installed it with intentions of trying it out when I got the chance" (or words to that effect). I'll dig a bit deeper and get back to you all with a definitive answer.

  4. Hi Christian, Welcome to the Affinity forum. Unfortunately our licences are not transferable and you would need to purchase a separate Windows version to install on Windows. Each version is sold separately and each has its own licenses.

  11. Hi @ajkinchin, Welcome to the Affinity forum. You can access our Affinity Photo trial here, and you would not have any issues installing on a new device.
  12. Hi @DarmokNjalad, Welcome to the Affinity forum. Unfortunately it is not possible to reset the trial for the device you installed it on, but you can use the trial again on a different device. The trial period will also reset soon after we roll out the 1.7 update in the coming months.
  13. If you own a Mac licence, then you can install it on as many Macs as your require for you own use.
  14. Hi @Rency, Welcome to the Affinity forum. You would not have an Affinity Store account if you purchased through the Mac App Store. Affinity Store accounts are created by purchasing directly through the Affinity Store itself. Your purchase history will be shown in your Mac App Store (MAS) account under your Apple ID. A licence key is not included with MAS purchases, as the licence is authenticated within the MAS itself.

  19. Hi @AaronStrange, Welcome to the Affinity forum. I'm gonna go out on a limb and assume that you purchased through the Mac App Store based on what you've written. To download a previous order, open the Mac App Store and select on 'Purchased' and it will be shown in the list (You will need to be logged into the Mac App Store using the same account that was used to purchase the app). If however you did not purchase the MAS, please contact us using affinity@serif.com and let us know the email addresses you may have used to purchase from our store and we will be able to look in to this further for you.
