Possibly the size specification here does not fit... Start menu pinning without app title is some kind of ugly. I more like the old version pinning style.

Both tools - Designer and Photo - have very long startup times. Please fix this!

Very very slow startup time on my Core i7 / 16 GB system. Around 1000 fonts are installed.
