Phatman reacted to eobet in Lens profile corrections
The creator of that database has said that he does not have time to maintain it anymore. You are a commercial entity using that database, and apparently it is open source as well. Why don't you put some effort back into the community and update it yourselves?

Phatman got a reaction from Alfred in Photo: Reselecting different layer selections
Thanks for the tip. Usually the adjustments appears as a sub layer but they were appearing above in a layer. To reselect the second wheel object I did a workaround by selecting the background then inverting the selection.

Then I think you are going to like the forthcoming 1.8.0 Photo beta and the EXIF Metadata Panel

Phatman got a reaction from Jowday in Skew (Perspective)
As far as I can tell the 1.7 beta improves the existing code and current tool functionality rather than add new features. I’m surprised it’s not been made into the production version by now. I can live with using Inkscape to trace but a perspective tool would be a nice everyday feature to have. I can use Inkscape to do it and import the EPS it until it arrives.

Phatman got a reaction from lisa999 in nudging bug?
Yes, being able to nudge a crop selection is really useful to avoid overshooting the border. Also snapping the crop edge to the edge of the canvas too. Any idea when this feature will be available?

Phatman got a reaction from Grazie in Kerning in Photo?
No you can edit PDF in Photo, works very well. I don't have In-Design so have to find alternative ways.

Phatman reacted to Alfred in Photo open at 100%?
Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, Phatman. :)
You can't force your photos to open at 100%, but I think you'll find that Cmd+1 is quicker and easier than zooming in small steps.
