  1. we usually advise not sub-setting fonts - it can cause problems
  2. however I cant recreate it with my images so far - did the image come straight from the camera
  3. I suspect it is something to do with 32 bit mode - converting to 16 and the epson preview looks correct
  4. It appears to be something to do with passthrough being specified as using interpret appears to generate the export previews OK. I'll have to log this for further investigation
  5. If i use the PDF/X4 profile that exports correctly - do you have the source PDF file that you have embedded
  6. can you attach the afdesign file?
  7. Assuming you have any colour management in the actual printer settings turned off could you supply the sample image please.
  8. using PDF logging to help us narrow down the problem quite quickly. email hyperlinks with spaces at the beginning or end have been causing problems recently
  9. Hopefully these should open in build 2.0.3
  10. adobe have an entirely different printing system available I think. Is acrobat configured to let the printer manage the colours ?
  11. and what printer driver / ICC profile are you selecting. an RGB32 image would have a much wider gamut than can be replicated on a printer
  12. I dont know this printer very well but I would set it up as printer manages colour in Affinity. I would expect it to be able to replicate an sRGB document very well by default. Do you have the correct paper type selected in the printer driver?
  13. in which case the settings in the RIP will be important and probably very similar to the OKI printers
  14. Are you using an unusual make or model of mouse?
  15. @PeterAGthat crash may have been linked to an embedded designer file displaying a selected artboard. Maybe the selected artbaoard has gone missing or been renamed
  16. the English is with so it will become Avec
  17. can you supply the tiff file please?
  18. you may also need to enable the 'Close windows when quitting an application' system setting
  19. can you try holding down the control key when launching the app then selecting 'Reset Most recent documents' (only ) then hit the clear button
  20. Could you check your windows defender or other anti virus settings Use controlled folder access Controlled folder access in Windows Security reviews the apps that can make changes to files in protected folders and blocks unauthorized or unsafe apps from accessing or changing files in those folders. Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Security > Virus & threat protection. Under Virus & threat protection settings, select Manage settings. Under Controlled folder access, select Manage Controlled folder access. Switch the Controlled folder access setting to On or Off. Occasionally, an app that is safe to use will be identified as harmful. This happens because Microsoft wants to keep you safe and will sometimes err on the side of caution; however, this might interfere with how you normally use your PC. You can add an app to the list of safe or allowed apps to prevent them from being blocked.
  21. If its just when zooming the prime candidate is the graphics driver. You can verify this by setting the renderer to Warp in preferences/performance. Can you confirm the exact model of your graphics Card(s), their driver versions and the OS version please
  22. you can Private message me the Crash report
  23. Warp cuts out the graphics card and uses software to do the rendering. It usually points to a graphics card driver issue. Sometimes completely uninstalling using the DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and reinstalling the latest appropriate drive can fix issues. Its unusual to have a gtx 1070 causing issues as we use a lot of nvidia cards internally and work with them quite closely. In fact it was they who recommended the DDU utility to resolve some issues
  24. you can try setting the renderer ( Performance/preferences) to WARP which may prevent the freezing, or if you have an integrated GPU try that
