[Some problem with tool PLACE]

Ciao!

Ho l'ultima versione aggiornata di A Photo: mi succede spesso che, utilizzando il commando PLACE, la finestrella di dialogo non mi offre altri tipi di files oltre i .TXT (vedi la prima foto).

Solitamente mi basta chiudere il software e riaprirlo e la finestrella riprende le sue normali funzioni (vedi seconda foto). Qualcuno ha lo stesso problema ed è riuscito a risolverlo?

I'm usually adding assets,(images,pngs) to my composite and doing various editing like masking, dodge and burn, etc.

Again everything runs fine for the first hour or so.

My system specs,

Intel I7 Core 6500 2.5G, 8G ram,64bit, 1T HD

I run Photoshop with this spec with no issues and build large complex composites with no crashes, so I do not believe this an issue inherent with my set up. Although it may be that Affinity Photo is not playing nice with my set up.

I've very similar computer with Win 10 Prof and I have the same problem. 

 New versions of AP did not fix the problem  :-(

[My personal view of nature with the help of Affinity Photo 1.7]

Non disponendo di attrezzature fotografiche di grande livello, mi limito agli aspetti superficiali della natura, giocando con le forme senza necessariamente assumere rigore scientifico o plausibile nella ripresa. Con Affinity Photo mi sono limitato a correggere le temperature colore, ripulire la foto da polvere, polline e pelucchi, in qualche caso de-saturare o esaltare le luci ed esportare in .Jpeg.

Il software si è comportato molto bene. ricordo un solo crash che si è risolto senza perdita del lavoro alla riapertura del programma.

I fixed perspectives lines, a bit of saturation and contrast et voilà: some interesting  palace on Madrid.

Affinity Photo 1.7: great piece of software!!
