No option to export to PNG without background

Recommended Posts

When I try to export a file from Affinity Designer into PNG, under Area I only have the option Whole Document, there is no option to choose Selection without background, which I need. How can I set that up and get my options when exporting? Thanks in advance.

 Hi Raevuk,

Welcome to the forums :)

There is no way to do this in the export menu I'm afraid. However you could select the elements you want to export copy them then go to File > New from clipboard and export that file.

EDIT: This information is incorrect please see my below post

Thanks

Callum
