Staff Gabe Posted September 23, 2019 Staff Posted September 23, 2019 Hi @sandie26, Welcome to the forums. Can you please navigate to %temp%\AffinitySetup , look for the latest created folder and attach its contents here? Thanks, Gabe. Quote
sandie26 Posted September 23, 2019 Author Posted September 23, 2019 Hi Gabe, Thanks, but being a bit challenged when it comes to all this technical stuff, I don't understand what you have asked me to do, I'm going to need more detailed instruction please. Thanks Sandra Quote
walt.farrell Posted September 23, 2019 Posted September 23, 2019 I'm not Gabe, but I suspect he's getting ready for bed so I'll have a try and he can pick up tomorrow Easiest approach: Press and hold the Windows key on your keyboard and the R key. In the dialog box that pops up type or paste %temp%\AffinitySetup and click OK. In the File Explorer that opens, find the folder with the latest date/time, open it, and you should find 2 log files. You can start a reply here and drag the two files onto it. sandie26 Posted September 23, 2019 Author Posted September 23, 2019 (edited) Thanks Walt, Is this correct? SetupUI.log Setup.log Oh...on reading through the Log File, I now know what the problem is, not enough Disk Space, I only have a small SSD Drive as the main C.Drive and of course everything want's to load in there, I have cleaned out some files not required and now it has successfully installed, so looks like I am going to need to upgrade my SSD Drive to a larger Capacity. All my Photos are kept on my D Drive which is 1TB Edited September 23, 2019 by sandie26 Found Problem Quote

All my Photos are kept on my D Drive which is 1TB You can install the program on D: but some data will end up on C: even if you do that. If you're running that tight on space the upgrade may be worthwhile. Glad you figured it out. sandie26 Posted September 23, 2019 Author Posted September 23, 2019 Thanks for the help Walt, I do think the upgrade would be the way to go as I will no doubt keep running into this problem. All the best Sandie walt.farrell 1 Quote
