Unfortunately it is not possible to transfer App Store purchases to an Affinity Store account. The only exception would be during the initial "return for refund" period if the store you purchased from allows that. For purchases from the Affinity Store you have a 14-day refund period, and during that time you could return the Windows product and repurchase for Mac.
