Chris26 Posted July 2, 2019 Share Posted July 2, 2019 Just a quickie, having experimented for some time now I am unable to figure out how to lower the opacity of my absolute background layer (a tiff image) so that it is less intense, underneath is just of course the white. I rasterized the layer, though why they have an elipsis after that word in the drop down menu beats me since I was expecting another dialogue box to open, as is the usual case when one sees an elipsis after a word in a drop down menu. Anyway, is it possible to do this is the much shorter question. The ellipsis is there because when your tiff image (or any other layer) includes layer FX, you get this popup menu when you choose "Rasterize..."
