Merlin Posted June 25, 2019 Share Posted June 25, 2019 I have purchased Designer, Photo and most recently Publisher. Publisher recognizes my license for Designer but not Photo. I have emailed Customer Service about this but received no response. I know what the issue is... when I registered Designer in 2017 I used my gmail.com email address. A little later I purchased Photo but mistyped my email address as @gamil.com. Support told me that was set in stone forever and there is nothing they can do about it. However, it would now seem to be a problem because one of my suite of software is registered under a fictious email address. Please can this be corrected? There have been several problems, some related to user errors, and some to possible Affinity bugs, that cause that problem. To start, are you using Mac or Windows? Next, are you sure that your copy of Photo is up-to-date? It must be 1.7.1.something. Some users are still running 1.7.0, not 1.7.1.
