000
Hi, I have imported an HTML file and used "Find-Recplace" to assign paragraph styles to specific tags. Currently I am cleaning up the file and for some reason, Publsher simply shuts down every time I try to search for ">" and replace it with "nothing". I have narrowed it down to this one character, everything else finds and replaces like a charm. Is there a way i can send you guys the file (confidentially) so you can take a look at it? Edit: It seems to be rather the POSITION from which it's replaced, as I have tried to replace every ">" with a "#" and that worked, Publisher now crashes when I try removing the "#" ... thomaso
I can successfully replace ">" with "nothing", I tried with this pattern: >abcde > defg >¶ >abc>defg>§ If you like just paste a line of code which results in a crash to let me try it with that text.
