izzaboo
Hello. I am having similar problem. The lens I used for my RAW images is a Sigma 70mm EX DG f/2.8 MACRO. Affinity Photo 1.7 (MacOS) is misidentifying the lens as Sigma 50mm f/1.4 and then not finding that lens (resulting in "unsupported"). The 70mm MACRO can be found in the lensfun db and I've loaded the appropriate profile per the terrific instructional video. When I load the CR2 file into Preview.app the correct lens is indicated in the exif data. -G

bkr
Hi, I have a similar problem. I tested this with 1.7.1 and with 1.7.2.147. I'm using a Canon EOS 6d and in this case a Tamron 15-30 mm. I was not sure if the lense is delivered with AP so I imported the slr-tamron.xml from lensfun. Problem: On top of the RAW Affinity tells me the lense is a Canon EF 300mm f/2.8L USM and as lense profile it selects Canon EF 300mm f/2.8 IS II USM. The EXIF data view of AP shows me the TAMRON SP 15-30mm F/2.8 Di VC USD A012. So why does AP select the Canon 300mm? I've uploaded a test file for this. bkr
Hi, on first check I don't see a difference in 1.7.2. Any news on resolution of this?
