highball326
Seriously... What is the point of isolation mode if i cannot edit the object? The moment I click onto a child object the entire piece is made visible again! Imagine the pain looking at the demo piece 'A' and wanting to look at a leaf that is in the background and partially obscured. Say i want to edit the veins but when I click on one the entire piece again obscures what I want to edit. Now I have to painstakingly make hidden all the surrounding objects which takes minutes. Again, what's the point of isolation mode again? Sigh... BobsDaubs, Aammppaa, Ideagonal and 2 others
Aammppaa
There have been many requests to improve isolate mode. Hopefully it will happen one day. BennyD
+1 same problem here. When I try to isolate a group in order to edit it and try to adjust a child object all other groups become visible again. I thought they should stay invisible until leaving the isolation mode intendingly. Quote ___♥___ | | | | | |
Lutz Pietschker
+1 In its current implementation (1.8.4) isolation mode is only for "isolated viewing", which makes it useless for my work. chepulis
