StevenR Posted June 5, 2019 Posted June 5, 2019 Does Affinity Photo no longer work on Mac OS 10.8.5? I upgraded both Photo and Designer to 1.7 in the App Store, but Photo won't run. If not, how do I downgrade to the previous version? Quote

Staff Leigh Posted June 6, 2019 Staff Posted June 6, 2019 Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We're aware of this issue and our developers are investigating. Unfortunately it's not possible to downgrade via the Mac App Store. I will keep you updated. Quote
StevenR Posted June 6, 2019 Author Posted June 6, 2019 Thanks for your help. I was afraid of that (a fundamental flaw in the App Store that users didn't have to deal with years ago). Quote
Klocus Posted June 6, 2019 Posted June 6, 2019 @Leigh Is there a way to downgrade APh not via the Mac App Store? Quote

Klocus Posted June 7, 2019 Posted June 7, 2019 @Leigh I copied 1.6 version from my second mac and replace 1.7 I think that in Serif user panel should be a link to older versions. Leigh 1 Quote

Could you explain a bit more about what you mean by "Serif user panel"? If it is something connected to the Mac App Store, AFAIK Apple only offers to update to the latest submitted version & third party developers like Affinity have no control over that. I mean this: https://store.serif.com/en-us/account/downloads/ <- here I bought Affinity Products. Quote
