I don't know where to look for error logs or where to send them to since there's no techsupport email or contact at the "tech support" link on the website. Old Bruce Posted March 14, 2019 Share Posted March 14, 2019 On Mac your crash reports are here /Users/<your user name>/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports replace <your user name> with your user name. You can view them with the Console application in Applications > Utilities > Console and choose User Reports. Also, are you running Windows or Mac versions? Please remember that we can't see what you do while you are at your computer so providing details like this are important for getting effective technical support, whether from other forum members or the staff.
