Nic727 Posted March 9, 2019 Posted March 9, 2019 Hi, I placed an image on my artboard. I cropped it using the crop tool. Everything is ok right? The problem begin when I want to add border radius to my image. To do so, I need to convert to curve. But when I want to crop again to fixe error or resize the image, I can't edit border radius because it's off the image. I tried to rasterize to restart, but rasterize make the image uneditable again. No way to re-convert to curve. Do you have an idea what's wrong? Do you think it's a bug or an improvement could be made regarding that? Thank you Quote

Maybe I do not understand, what you really want to do, but why do not you draw the border again? Maybe using Outline (fx). firstdefence Posted March 9, 2019 Posted March 9, 2019 You can't convert an image to a curve! If you have an image, you can add a rectangle to fit its height and width and apply a stroke and no fill to add a border, if you group them you can then scale both by scaling the group, make sure when adding a stroke, the scale with object box is checked. Upload an example file or at least a screenshot. Guest Posted March 9, 2019 Posted March 9, 2019 Hello Nic727, If I understood your question correctly, once the image has been cropped, export it in PNG or JPEG format. Then "Place" it in Draw Persona, right click on it and choose "Convert to curves". In the " Stroke " panel of the studio, set the thickness and color of the stroke to be used as a border, or choose a brush if you prefer. You can then change the curvature of the border. EDIT You do not have to put a border thickness to change the radius of curvature. Quote
