tomn
Hello I've got a WhatsApp icon (attached) that I would like to make a tad thinner. How to make the stroke thinner is such case? Is there any way to make it automatically thinner in all the places or does it require manual work and adjusting? Warm regards whatsAppIcon.afdesign
Alfred
1. Add a stroke. 2. Expand the stroke. 3. Subtract the stroke layer from the original layer. 4. Delete the stray nodes created at step 2. File attached, saved with history. 80573-whatsAppIcon.afdesign Quote Alfred Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for Windows • Windows 10 Home/Pro Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher 2 for iPad • iPadOS 17.5.1 (iPad 7th gen)
Staff Gabe Posted March 5, 2019 Staff Share Posted March 5, 2019 You might want to increase the document size to 500 x 500px before you do anything. Expand stroke is not very precise with >1-2pt stokes. You can then resize everything to 50 x 50 at the end. Alfred
