I went to use it again after downloading the new update and both my CUSTOMIZE TOOLBAR and CUSTOMIZE TOOLS are grayed out and unusable. Is this a glitch or am I doing something wrong?
Old Bruce Posted February 25, 2019 Posted February 25, 2019 I would say glitch. Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.6 Affinity Designer 2.6.0 | Affinity Photo 2.6.0 | Affinity Publisher 2.6.0 | Beta versions as they appear. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Staff MEB Posted February 25, 2019 Staff Posted February 25, 2019 Hi create4christ, Welcome to Affinity Forums Press and hold, CTRL while launching the application until a Clear User Data dialog appears. Keep the first three checkboxes ticked and press Clear. This should fix the issue. Let us know if not. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
