Convert image to imageframe

Recommended Posts

Is it possible to do that?

It's rather handy to simply place an image, but in the end I have to crop/reshape most images.

The affinity-way probably is embedding the image into a shape.
But that leaves me without the resizing options of the image frame (which I also like very much).

Is it possible to convert a placed image into an image frame? (A bit like the conversion from embedded to linked images)

With the image selected, Layer > Convert to Picture Frame from the main menu. (On Windows, at least.)
