Hide all guides shortcut don't work

it's a small thing but on mac my ^ + w (ctrl + w) don't work. The computer bleep with Publisher selected and ctrl+w

It is working fine for me but to get a couple of the other keyboard shortcuts to work, I had to reenter them manually in Preferences > Keyboard Shortcuts -- just typing the same keys with the shortcut field selected.

That might work for you.

I try to renter and don't work. I use another letter ad it' is fine. Thanks

Is there maybe a conflict with some other keyboard shortcut you have set for ctrl+w, maybe a system set one in System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts?

Probably because your input language is your native one. If you switch it into English it should work fine
