Hi Tony Bugeja,

Welcome to Affinity Forums :)

Yes, you can as long as you own/control both computers and are the only one using the software for commercial purposes.

You didn't specify the platform you are using (Windows or Mac) but the terms are similar regarding this. Here's a link to our End User License Agreement (EULA).

[EDIT] Title edited to make it clear.

If I download for my personal computer, can I also use it on my work computer?  My office is on a "no extra purchases" right now due to COVID-19, so I am considering buying it myself and using it for work.  I may eventually get reimbursed, but I won't have any guarantees.  My employer has purchased the photo and designer previously, but I now want Publisher as well :) Currently using the free trial and I love it!

I would check with Affinity/Serif about this issue. https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/contact/ use the email link as they are all working from home too.

The software would be yours but the computer is not necessarily controlled by you so personally I wouldn't do this.

Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 12.7.4
Affinity Designer 2.4.1 | Affinity Photo 2.4.1 | Affinity Publisher 2.4.1 | Beta versions as they appear.

I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

Note that reimbursement would be problematic, as the license would be yours and cannot be transferred to your employer.

If you ever leave the employer, or give your computer to someone else, you would need to make sure you remove the license information file from the computer to ensure the next user can't make use of it.
