Hi again,

 

trying to export a banner size file of 6 feet by 3 feet file to a printer and need to export as a psd or pdf unflattened to preserve the editablility.  this is taking hours to export.....Help I don't have time to wait this long what am I doing wrong.

What specs does the printer require the file to be set at?

That depends on the printer i guess. I always ask the printer first even though its a online company. in my experience every printer has different settings depending on the layout-program they are working with. i often use pdf/x-3:2003 and a low resolution for supersize print-products (often only vector-based).
