Boris Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 I bought Affinity some time ago but have built a new PC now, and decided to install it onto this machine. I could not find a download link so installed the trial version, but I can't see anywhere to input the licence key? Quote
Staff Leigh Posted January 1, 2018 Staff Posted January 1, 2018 Welcome to the forum Boris Assuming you purchased the Windows version directly from us you can log into your account to download the retail version and access your Product Keys. https://affinity.store/ Quote
Boris Posted January 1, 2018 Author Posted January 1, 2018 I did buy it directly from you yes, where would I log in? I already downloaded the trial so will I have to download it all over again? Quote
Alfred Posted January 1, 2018 Posted January 1, 2018 If you click on the Affinity Store link in Leigh's post, the page to which it takes you should have a 'Sign in' button in the top right-hand corner. There is no mechanism for converting the time-limited trial version to an unlimited full version. It's a completely separate download. I'm certain that I didn't have the upper-right Sign-in when I posted that comment, but I see it there now. Sorry.
