iPad Version

i have a problem. I am wondering wether I could download the iPad version for free because I already purchased the Mac version. 

It would be great if anyone could support with this.

Welcome to Affinity Forums

Each platform (macOS, iOS and Windows) requires its own license, so even if you already have bought the Mac version you still have to buy the iPad version since it's a different platform (which has its own development costs).

Serif have sold me an iPad and a Windows version for less than a single COREL PSP upgrade! Oh yeah, there ain’t an iOS version of PSP.
