R C-R
Can you explain a bit more about what you mean by image downloader? If you mean opening a file in Affinity Photo directly from a URL, the answer is no. Fixx
You can drag&drop images simply from the browser if that helps.
RBFritz
I am asking in regards to getting images off my camera such as one does when using Photoshop.
IanSG
AP doesn't do that - image filing / cataloging is something that will be handled by a future Affinity DAM. How far in the future we don't know! Quote AP, AD & APub user, running Win10
R C-R
Every digital camera should have at least one method of transferring its (or its memory card's) files to your computer's file system that does not require Photoshop, so although you can't open those files directly from the camera in Affinity Photo, you can open the files once they are transferred. Your camera's manual should explain all the options. RBFritz
Thanks IanSG I suspected as much and you have confirmed it. I have been using another method to do the image downloading and had wondered if I was missing something. I have been using PS,LR, and CaptureNX on another desktop for years and am new to Affinity.
