It would seem that when a line thickness is changed the thickness is divided equally either side of the the blue centre line. It would be very useful, to a technical illustrator, is if you could choose whether to apply the thickness on, inside or outside of the blue centre line.

If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed!

Are you talking about the stroke alignment modes that are available in the Stroke panel? These allow you to select inside, outside or centre alignment of the stroke. You can't specify an arbitrary alignment at the moment yet though - i.e. 30% inside, 70% outside

That's a problem because I'm converting my Lawn mower grinder to a line illustration so presumably I won't be able to do part of it on the Beta version. Anyway its useful to know that it will eventually be included.
