ozzy
Exported jpgs, depending on adjustments made, will show shadows as pale yellow or blue when viewed in Windows and other image viewers. What am I missing? sure I must be doing something wrong.

Staff Callum Posted January 29, 2017 Staff Share Posted January 29, 2017 Hi Ozzy, Welcome to the Forums! I have opened the attached image on my machine and the shadows look normal to me. Would it be possible for you to provide a picture of what the image should look like? :) Thanks Callum Quote Please tag me using @ in your reply so I can be sure to respond ASAP. ozzy
That's the strange thing, only shows in certain software. May have solved the problem by unticking embed ICC profile in jpg export settings. Didn't spot this option at first, but it appears to be ticked on by default. R C-R
ozzy, keep in mind that a color profile embedded in the file may or may not be used by other software, so there may well be differences in the colors when you view it using different ones.
