A. J. Posted January 2, 2017 Share Posted January 2, 2017 I opened my Affinity account yesterday, and everything was working fine. I tried repeatedly all day today to sign in, but was constantly faced with the message that there was something wrong with my e-mail address or password. I finally decided to try changing my password, and clicked on the link to do so. I never received the e-mail response from Affinity. Obviously I am having no problem signing into the Forums. If not then you don't have an Affinity Store account. They are created when you buy something from https://affinity.store. I ask because your only other post is in the Photo for MAC beta section of the forums. Mac purchases made through the Mac App Store are unknown to Serif, as Apple keep that information private. (a forum account, like the one you are posting with here, and a store account are also independent). Purchases of the Affinity Designer Workbook are also made through the Affinity Store, but such a purchase seems unlikely if the OP is only using Affinity Photo....
