(1.5.1.43) Rendering artefacts with the attached file

Hi

 

I'm getting big rendering artefacts on my system when I disable clip to canvas with the dropbox file. I also attached a video.

 

Also the live perspective filter must be pretty resource expensive the redraw time when zooming or painting for example, increases significantly whe the layer with the aplied filter is visible - influences AD .36 and .43 and also AP .43.
