Add ability to change what is viewed in split mode

When you enter a split mode view, the split only seems to show pixel and vector. Unless I'm missing something, It would be nice if you could choose what was in each view eg. and adjustment or an effect

Affinity Photo uses the split-view to show before/after of your effects... I'm not 100% sure that this has a place in Designer? How do I say which adjustment I want to view with/without?  :unsure:

Think it would be nice to maybe flag a point in your history to do a comparison with?

 

Generally would be kind of cool to be able to mark "version" points in your history - so you could flag a moment in time before trying things out which may mess your design up for example.  These points maybe saved with the doc?

Affinity Photo already has snapshots - points in time of the document history... So this means Designer also has this functionality within it. There's nothing to stop us adding this split-view history browser style-thingy, it's more of a UI consideration than anything else... We can have a think on it, thanks :)
