warpdesign
Since Windows 10, application windows have a nice dropshadow much like macOSX have been doing for a decade: Since it's native, every app has this drop shadow, every app but Affinity Photo which for some reason doesn't have it: I'm using Affinity Photo Beta 37. Staff Chris B Posted November 18, 2016 Staff Share Posted November 18, 2016 Hey warpdesign, I've just checked Photoshop and that doesn't have one either. I do agree that a lot of apps do have this drop shadow but I've just checked with development and it isn't something we are too concerned about for now. I'll move this to the Feature Requests thread so if there comes a time we look at changing anything, it can be picked up.Thanks for pointing it out though, it's something I hadn't realised myself. warpdesign
I understand this is not a priority, but that bothers me: I like coherent stuff :) My version of Photoshop (which is rather old) has a dropshadow: Considering it's far from being a priority I understand it goes to the feature requests.
