David Eckes Posted February 6 Posted February 6 I have tried to login to Affinity and I enter my email address and password and then get box where I am supposed to enter a code. I vaguely remember where to find the codes. Can you tell me where they are located? Thank you! Quote

You had two choices when you enabled 2FA (Two Factor Authentication) for your Affinity Store account: Using an Authenticator application (recommended); or Having a prompt emailed to your email address each time. Only you would know what Authenticator application you chose to use, if you chose that option. If you're using a Mac or an iPad you might have used a function in their built-in password management. Or you could be using Google Authenticator, but there are others. Runic Publishing Posted February 10 Posted February 10 I'm having the same issue. I believe I used DUO Mobile but I have changed phones since so I would have to manually input it, but I have no clue where to find the code to do so. For a second I thought maybe I used Google, but it's not showing up in my list of linked applications. How can I re-add it to my authenticator so that I can log in? Quote

You must contact Serif customer service by email for this. affinity@serif.com I recommend Authy as an authenticator. https://www.authy.com Alfred 1 Quote MAC mini M4 | MacOS Sequoia 15.5 | 16 GB RAM | 256 GB SSD AMD Ryzen 7 5700X | INTEL Arc A770 LE 16 GB | 32 GB DDR4 3200MHz | Windows 11 Pro 24H2 (26100.4061) Affinity Suite V 2.6.1 & Beta 2.6 (latest) Interested in a free (selfhosted) PDF Solution?
