Dazmondo77 Posted January 22 Posted January 22 MacOS Monterey 12.7.5 Publisher - Photo persona - Info - Sample from location markers are broken in a multi page document. The drop readings are correct but the actual markers are dropped way off the page and repositioning the markers gives the wrong readings. Workaround = Edit in photo - as you can only view one page at a time, the sample markers work as expected I've tested this with both Pub 2.5.5 and beta 2.6.0(3058) with both Metal and OpenGL and getting the same results Note the first vid-grab was before I discovered the markers where placed off the page. Dazmondo77 Posted February 14 Author Posted February 14 Just wondering if there's any plans to fix this issue before 2.6 release? Dazmondo77 Posted Monday at 01:18 PM Author Posted Monday at 01:18 PM This feature was something I would use pretty regular, but has been broken since 2.6 so Just wondering if a bug fix is planned for this issue in the upcoming 2.6.4 update? This thread has been given an official tag (usually, but not always, with the format “AF-<number>”) which can be seen under the thread title. When a thread has been given an official tag it means that Serif have logged it in their system to, at least, be considered for further work. (If you click, or tap, on the tag you will see a list of related threads which have been given the same tag.) When something changes in regard to the situation as described in the thread, the Affinity Info Bot will make a posting in the thread explaining what has happened and what can be done about it (often simply upgrading to the latest version). If the Affinity Info Bot has not created a post which says that the issue has been worked on, or fixed, you can assume that the situation remains as it was, from a user perspective. Serif don’t usually give us timescales for changes or fixes, or information about their plans for such, so it’s generally not worth your time asking for them. If you want to know when a situation mentioned in an officially-tagged thread has changed, all you need to do is follow that thread and you will get a notification if/when this happens. You can follow a thread by going to the top of any page of that thread and pressing the “Follow” button at the right of the thread header. If you want to know what changes to the software may be coming soon, the best places to look are the relevant beta sections of the forums. Quote
