Do I have an Affinity account or a Canva account?

We signed up for a non-profit license through Canva. Now I'd like to sign in directly to these forums for Affinity guidance. Tried using the Canva email and password. That didn't work. Am I just starting over?

An Affinity Forums account is separate from the account used to purchase the software. Users need to create a forums account to sign in to the forums.

Just to clarify, that refers to all users. It doesn’t make any difference whether you acquired a free non-profit licence through Canva or purchased a licence through one of the app stores. In the latter case, Serif would only have customer details for a purchase made through their Affinity Store, not the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store, but you still need a separate account to sign in here.
