Macbook Pro with V. 1 of Photo/Publisher died, now have macbook air - but no way to transfer software. Help?

Hello!

I had (and very much enjoyed!) the v.1 of both Photo and Publisher on my Macbook Pro.  My laptop died suddenly, and it is not possible for me to extrude any data from it.  I am also nowhere near my time machine backup at home (I am in PR and Honduras until April.)  I tried to log in but I fear the email I originally registered with a few years ago no longer exists so I'm in a bit of a challenging spot to reload the software.  

1. Can customer support help me if I can provide the original email for the login, even if it doesn't exist anymore?

2. Will it be possible for me to re-download the v.1 software I had?   The Macbook Air is a bit different than the Pro, so I'm not sure.

Hi @Josselyne and welcome to the forums.

If you have purchased the applications in the Mac App Store, you can find all purchases by clicking on your user name (in the open App Store app).

If you have purchased the programmes in the Serif Store, you must log in there with the email/password combination you used for the purchase. There you will find the programs and Download & Licences.

If you have a separate record of your product keys, you don’t even need to log in to the store. You can simply go straight to the download pages:

Thank you both so much for the replies - and Ding Ding Ding it worked, I had purchased directly from Serif and found the original info - downloading now!  When I'm back in the US I plan to jump to the v. 2 software, but for now, this is really helping me finish a needed project.  Thank you!
